Monthly rent for a 1-BR unit is $811 plus electric and the monthly rent for a 2-BR unit is $966-970 plus electric. Although utility cost is based on the usage of the tenant and weather conditions, it is estimated that the monthly budget for electricity is approximately $110/month for 1-BR units and $175/month for 2-BR units. A security deposit equal to one month’s rent is required.

If interested in an apartment, a rental application must be completed at a non-refundable cost of $35 per applicant. This application reviews credit history, income and landlord references. A deposit of $75 is also required as “hold” money for the apartment while the application is being processed. This deposit will be credited to the first month’s rent. If the application is not accepted or if the applicant changes his/her mind within 48 hours, this $75 is refunded.
